There is no storyline for the most part, except for the Shimazu House their actions are the same as in the Ran route. On turn seven, the "Kill Toukichirou" command will appear in Owari.
In order to open the route, choose the option "Can Kill Toukichirou" in the Family Bonus section. This route ends when you defeat every country on the map and end your turn. It's also a good route to use for getting the Takeda bonus. The main purpose of this route is for getting points and watching obscure events relatively uninterrupted, since you're not restricted by story-related events as in other routes. There isn't an actual story attached to it, it's more of a sandbox mode than anything else. This isn't the only VN with the issue, so if you see anything strange with the settings or etc not saving when you open it back up I'd delete the save folder just to be safe.This is recognized by the game as a route when you save progress, but it isn't quite a true route. I haven't done much testing with the problem on my part. You might end up having to re-play it from the start depending on how it turns out. I'm unsure if it'll end up retaining completed CGs, but once the save folder is re-made it should fix the issue. Be sure you move your main save outside the folder when you delete it though, because any saves inside of it will probably be lost. It should re-make the folder automatically. I don't know the exact specificities of the problem, but one solution is to delete the save folder then re-open the game.
It's a problem that comes up on various VNs that has to do with the save folder being broken when made on a different computer, since the downloads usually come with the save folders pre-made. I had a similar problem, a long time ago.
